The College conducts meeting of board of study and academic council every year. In updates and revises syllabus from time to time as per the guide lines provided by the UGC and affiliating University.

• Exam Reform: Provision of Internal Assessment Examination on 20% of the subjects of a full paper.
• Each defaulted candidates are given to extra chance to clear their back papers.

College conducts and co-operates in all evaluation reforms of the University. The present practices adopted by the college are central valuation for its own and organizing central valuation zone for Sambalpur University. Beyond this the college by its own interest has adopted evaluation of internal examination papers by guest faculty. As ours is an Autonomous College, the answer script are evaluated by teachers belonging to other University. In case of central valuation some answer sheet are evaluated by the Guest faculties. And internal assessment answer scripts are evaluated by the college teachers.

Pre examination process includes enrolment of students, preparation of CNR, generation of consulted dates and time table preparation, attendance statement for examination, invigilation list and duty allotment for squad member is done by the examination section of the Autonomous Cell. Payment of examination Fee is usually receipt in cash; question paper preparation and scrutiny of question paper a necessary material for the conduct of examination are made by the examination department. Entry of marks and preparation of mark sheet is done within the College. Tabulation of result are prepared and submitted to the Sambalpur University for the award of Degree Certificate.
